Celebrities and Their Numerous Trademarks

Nowadays, the words “celebrity” and “trademark” go hand in hand. In this blog post, we will take a look at some notable celebrities and their trademarks.

Celebrities are known for using their name, image, and likeness to create a personal brand. Going beyond that, they can also use trademarks to protect their intellectual property. With a trademark, celebrities can be sure that other people are not unlawfully profiting off of their work or identity. Without this protection, celebrities would have limited recourse if someone were pretending to be them or selling products with their face on it, without permission.

Trademarks give celebrities the power to control how their brands and identities are used. This allows them to determine how much of themselves they want to be included in projects associated with them – whether it’s appearing in movies or clothing lines. A trademark is an important tool in ensuring that celebrities maintain control over what is associated with their persona and what isn’t.

With that being said, let’s take a look at some of the notable celebrities and their trademarks.
